Obsolete: This document is no longer current

Summary

This Guideline is intended to guide the prescription and management of patients on PrEP. Pre Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is a relatively new addition to HIV/AIDs prevention. It is a strategy where individuals who do not have HIV, but are at high risk of exposure to it, take antiretroviral medications to prevent the acquisition of HIV in the first place.
